Promotion Description

The Send Me To Oahu! Referral Sweepstakes is a one-time drawing for one winner to receive two coach plane tickets and a 3-night stay in the Hawaiian island of Oahu. The drawing begins on March 21, 2023 at 12:01am and ends on September 12, 2023 at 11:59pm. The company sponsoring the sweepstakes is Timber and Rose Realty Group, LLC. By entering or participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the sponsoring company, which are final and binding in all respects.

No Purchase Necessary

No Purchase necessary for participants to win. Participants cannot pay a fee to enter and doing so won’t increase the odds of winning. The drawing winner will be required to pay the taxes or fees on anything they win. Each participant household can have more than one submission and each submission will be based on the number of referrals given throughout the sweepstakes time period. 

 

Eligibility

All eligible participants to enter and potentially win the drawing prize must be 18 years of age or older, be a resident of the state of Oregon, and have submitted a referral of a legitimate home buyer or home seller wanting to buy or sell in the state of Oregon including their full legal name, phone number, and email address at which they can be reached. A legitimate home buyer is a person ready, willing, and able to purchase residential real estate property in the state of Oregon.  A legitimate home seller is a person ready, willing, and able to sell residential real estate property, that they legally own and have the legal authority to sell in the state of Oregon. 

 

Those participants not eligible to enter include but are not limited to: Employees of the sponsoring company (Timber and Rose Realty Group, LLC), their family members, all licensed real estate agents who have received a referral fee from Timber and Rose Realty Group, LLC, Jesse Penaka, or Phil Evans, for their referral submission.

Prizes

The winner of the drawing will receive two roundtrip flight tickets and a three-night hotel stay to the Hawaiian island of Oahu. The total value of the flight tickets and hotel, in it's entirety, to be up to, but not to exceed, $2,500 USD in value. Once flight and/or hotel stay is booked, any and all changes, cancelations, upgrades, downgrades or extensions to the airline tickets and/or hotel will be the responsibility and financial burden of the drawing winner. All entrants and drawing winner recognize and accept that the prize only consists of the two plane tickets to Oahu and three nights-stay in one hotel room. The airline tickets and hotel room cannot be exchanged for a cash award or gift card. Prize winner will receive their tickets and confirmations electronically through email that they used to submit their referrals.

How to Enter

For a participant (referrer) to enter the drawing, they must refer a legitimate Oregon buyer or seller (referral) to Timber and Rose Realty Group, LLC. The steps to officially enter require each participant to visit the Timberandrose.com homepage and click on the Enter Here button for the sweepstakes. Participants can also directly visit the URL: timberandrose.com/referral-sweepstakes to submit their referrals by filling out the online referral form. To submit a referral, the referrer must include in the form the buyer or seller’s full legal name, phone number, email address, and the physical address if a homeowner. The participant (referrer) must also include their full legal name, phone number, email address, and home address if a home owner. Timber and Rose Realty Group, LLC will then contact the referrer to confirm that the submission was received and accepted with all of the correct qualifying information, and how many entries into the drawing they will receive. If a participant wishes to call or email Timber and Rose Realty Group, LLC with the information required to enter the drawing, they may do so by calling Phil Evans at 971.221.3821 or emailing Phil@timberandrose.com. All emails must have the title “Referral Sweepstakes Entry” to qualify.

Winner Selection

Winners will be chosen at random by a representative of Timber and Rose Realty Group, LLC. The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning. The drawing will take place at a time and location to be decided by the sponsoring company.

Winner Notification

The winner of the drawing will be announced on September 13, 2023. If the winner is not reachable by phone at the time of the drawing, the sponsoring company will continue to  reach out to notified the winner by phone and email within 48 hours of the drawing. If within 48 hours, the sponsoring company is unable to connect with the winner and they have not claimed their winnings, the sponsoring company reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to draw a different winner from the entries and award the prize to a new winner. The winner that claims the prize will be announced on Timber and Rose Realty Group’s social media pages, as well as, the online and direct newsletters.

Privacy

Any and all information that is submitted to Timber and Rose Realty Group, LLC will not be sold, given, traded, or offered in any way to a third party group. Timber and Rose Realty Group, LLC takes personal information privacy and security very seriously. At any time that a participant would like to retract the information submitted for the sweepstakes, they may do so before the drawing on September 13, 2023 by emailing Phil Evans at Phil@timberandrose.com.  Within 48 hours all information will be deleted and no further future contact will be made to the referral using the information provided by the referrer. Any retraction of a referral will result in the retraction of any and all drawing entries for that referrer.

Limitation of Liability

The sponsoring company, Timber and Rose Realty Group, LLC and the sponsoring company’s managing principal broker, Keller Williams Sunset Corridor, are not to be held responsible in any way what-so-ever if the drawing does not take place in the time frame noted within these terms and conditions or is for any reason cancelled. Should Timber and Rose Realty Group, LLC or Keller Williams Sunset Corridor cease to exist at any time between March 21, 2023 and September 12, 2023, the Send Me To Oahu! Referral Sweepstakes will also immediately and irrevocably end with no drawing winner. Neither the sponsoring company or the managing principal broker shall be held responsible for any delay or cancellation to the trip because of, but not limited to, illness, airline cancellations, the airline or hotel going out of business, incremental weather, conflicts in the traveler’s schedule, or any other reason the ticket users are unable to travel and/or stay at the scheduled hotel. All additional costs of the trips including, but not limited to, food, entertainment, transportation, activities, delays, or emergency costs, will be the responsibility of, and assumed wholly by, the sweepstakes winner. By participating in the sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsoring company. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and not hold Timber and Rose Realty Group, LLC and/or Keller Williams Sunset Corridor liable for any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, actions and liabilities of any kind, in connection with the sweepstakes or drawing, receipt or redemption of the prize. The winner assumes all liability for any injury, death, or damage caused, or allegedly caused, by participating in the Sweepstakes and/or use or redemption of the prize.
